About the presenters

The webinar is presented by two highly experienced experts from the national organisation Our Watch:

Dr Shane Tas – Senior Policy Advisor, Masculinities, at Our Watch. He led and authored the key 'Men in focus' report, which develops a deeper understanding of the links between masculinities and violence against women. Dr Tas advises on policy responses, campaigns, and practice resources related to engaging men and boys in prevention efforts.

Cameron Farshid McDonald – An Iranian-Australian social worker with over 14 years of experience across primary, secondary, and tertiary prevention of men's violence against women. He developed a practice guide for addressing masculinities and engaging men in prevention, believing that both men and wider society can achieve better outcomes.
