Who We Are
Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) has been making a difference in people's lives since 1948, when we began our journey as the Marriage Guidance Council of Victoria. Over 75 years, the community has changed immensely, and so have we, but our commitment to our clients and to positive change has never wavered. Today, RAV is a community-based, not-for-profit organisation with no religious affiliations, dedicated to safe, inclusive and accessible services for all, regardless of religion, age, gender, sexual orientation, cultural background or economic circumstances.
At the heart of RAV is a belief that people, in all their diversity, have the right to live safely and with dignity, within their families and communities, and to enjoy respectful, fulfilling relationships.
Through our Centre for Learning and Innovation, we bring the same commitment to the learning space, empowering individuals and organisations through expert, evidence-based training. We provide tailored, innovative, and industry-leading learning solutions designed to enhance knowledge and skills across higher education, vocational education, professional development, and customised training.
