Donna Plavljanic brings over 20 years of experience in leading teams and coaching, backed by extensive coaching and business qualifications. She is an accredited NLP Practitioner and is currently completing her master's qualification. As an accredited DISC Profile Practitioner, Donna has broad experience in leadership and management training and coaching across both not-for-profit and corporate sectors.

Astrid holds tertiary qualifications in law and psychology. She is a nationally accredited mediator, registered family dispute resolution practitioner, and experienced child consultant with over 20 years of experience in the community services sector. Astrid has managed diverse teams in various settings and is passionate about fostering professional growth through supervision and coaching new and emerging leaders to excel.
