This one-day intensive workshop empowers experienced Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners (FDRPs) to confidently facilitate negotiations around property and financial matters within the family law system. Built on over 30 years of practical experience and 20 years of training excellence by Relationships Australia Victoria, this course offers evidence-based strategies and hands-on practice designed to enhance your skills in this specialised and increasingly complex field.

Property and financial disputes continue to grow in complexity and frequency in family law settings. This workshop is tailored for seasoned FDR practitioners who already manage parenting disputes and possess foundational knowledge of property-related matters. Through expert demonstrations, guided discussions, and role-play exercises with personalised coaching, you will refine the specialised techniques necessary for facilitating property dispute resolution. The course deepens your understanding of best-practice procedures and builds your confidence to navigate and address challenging dynamics with professionalism and empathy.
