About the presenters

The webinar is presented by a panel of highly experienced experts:

Astrid Horter – Program Leader, FDR and Mediation Training at RAV. An experienced FDRP and child consultant, she holds tertiary qualifications in law and psychology. Astrid coordinates RAV's Graduate Diploma of FDR and delivers training to external organisations, drawing on extensive experience as a clinical supervisor, trainer, and manager.

John Ravesi – A highly experienced FDRP, mediator, counsellor, and coach. As a Trainer/Assessor within the FDR and Mediation Training Program at RAV, he has held multiple senior leadership, supervisory, and clinical roles in a variety of community organisations.

Adrien March – An experienced FDRP with a broad base of skills, including mediation practice, training, and dispute resolution research. Her training expertise includes course development and conducting FDR and National Mediation Accreditation (NMAS) training. Adrien specialises in working with rainbow families and high-conflict disputes.
