How to Make Your Diverse Workplace More Inclusive

Course overview

An intensive, advanced-level workshop designed for experienced mediators who are ready to deepen their skills.

Creating truly inclusive workplaces is not just good practice—it's essential leadership in today’s diverse environments where exclusion and discrimination based on race, religion, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, or simply being ‘different’ are still daily realities. This interactive online workshop empowers leaders to understand the profound impact of unconscious bias and privilege, offering practical strategies to challenge exclusion and foster a culture where every team member feels valued, respected, and supported. Through real-world examples and reflective exercises, participants will build confidence in promoting inclusion, explore their own leadership styles, and learn how to model behaviours that embed lasting inclusive practices within their teams and organisations.
