This workshop is designed for:

  • Clinicians and counsellors at any level of experience
  • Social workers and youth workers
  • Community organisation staff and child and family workers
  • Health and well-being professionals who want to broaden their practice by working with couples

It is especially suitable for practitioners looking to build confidence and skills in introducing couples counselling into their professional toolkit.

Course structure

Through a dynamic blend of theory, case studies, and practical exercises, this workshop will equip you to:

  • Recognise and interpret common patterns within couple dynamics
  • Support couples through challenging emotions and conflict
  • Apply evidence-based models such as attachment theory, systems theory, and communication frameworks
