Astrid Horter is the Program Leader for Learning Delivery at Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV). With qualifications in law and psychology, Astrid is an experienced Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP), child consultant, and mediator. She leads accredited training programs, provides external supervision, and has extensive experience as a trainer, facilitator, and manager in community organisations.
Adrien March is a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner with expertise in mediation, facilitation, and dispute resolution research. She has worked extensively with rainbow families, high‑conflict disputes, and brings strong training experience in FDR, NMAS programs, and professional coaching.
Cath Tregillis is a highly experienced FDRP and trainer with a background in dispute resolution and family therapy. She has delivered mediation and restorative processes across family, community, and workplace contexts, and currently contributes to RAV’s mediation training and assessment programs.
