Course overview

Learn to navigate workplace conflict with confidence

Master the art of navigating workplace conflict with confidence through our dynamic interactive workshop tailored for team leaders and managers. Conflict is an inevitable part of any work environment, but when unaddressed, it can undermine productivity, damage relationships, and erode workplace culture. This training equips you with a practical framework to recognise conflict early, understand various types of disagreement, and respond professionally using proven negotiation strategies. You’ll develop essential skills in effective communication, collaborative problem-solving, and self-care techniques to manage both challenging situations and your own emotional wellbeing. By the end of the workshop, you will be empowered to transform workplace conflict into opportunities for growth, stronger collaboration, and positive team outcomes.
