Dr Kai Chung Lo – Has over 20 years of experience in frontline practice, teaching, and field education within non-government organisations and academic institutions. Dr Lo holds a PhD from the University of Hong Kong, and his research focuses on father involvement in raising children with special needs. He is a professional affiliate of the American Psychological Association's Society for the Psychological Study of Culture, Ethnicity, and Race, and is a WHO-Caregiver Skills Training facilitator.
