About the webinar

Research indicates the most common length of psychotherapy in Australia is just a single session, making therapeutic efficiency paramount. This essential webinar introduces practitioners to Single Session Thinking (SST), a powerful therapeutic philosophy designed to maximise impact from the very first—and potentially only—client encounter.

Led by Educational and Developmental Psychologist Dr Aspasia Stacey Rabba, this training provides a foundational overview of SST’s basic philosophy and key features. You'll gain effective strategies to translate this knowledge into practice, enabling you to deliver intentional, focused, and strengths-based support that respects clients' resources and priorities, even in brief encounters.

Secure your registration to master efficient, client-centred intervention, ensuring every interaction holds maximum therapeutic value and provides clients with actionable insights.
