This specialised workshop is designed to equip professionals with the knowledge, tools, and reflective skills necessary to deliver meaningful and structured supervision. Recognising that effective supervision underpins professional growth, ethical practice, and practitioner wellbeing, the workshop explores various supervision models and focuses on building safe, trusting supervisory relationships. Course structure

By the end of this workshop, you will be able to:

  • Apply the foundational theories and principles of Solution-Focused Brief Therapy as an effective therapeutic approach
  • Utilise Solution-Focused Brief Therapy techniques to facilitate meaningful change with clients
  • Identify appropriate contexts for using Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and confidently integrate elements of the model into your practice

About the presenters

Cath Tregillis is a highly experienced Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP) with specialist qualifications in dispute resolution and family therapy. She has held leadership roles across community organisations as a manager, clinical supervisor, and trainer, and has facilitated mediation and restorative processes in family, community, and workplace settings. Cath is currently a trainer and assessor within Relationships Australia Victoria’s Family Dispute Resolution and mediation training programs, bringing her extensive expertise to support practitioners in developing their supervisory practice.

When you register, you will be directed to our secure payment gateway to complete enrolment. Once confirmed, you will receive access to our Learning Management System (Moodle), which contains your workshop details, program materials, and video-conference links.

  • Payment is required at least 2 business days before training (or proof of payment if paying by invoice)
