About the presenters

The webinar is presented by two highly experienced professionals in rehabilitation, group facilitation, and correctional services:

Lucille Hart – Training Lead for Family Violence and Relationship Counselling and an experienced facilitator at Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV). She has substantial experience working with correctional cohorts, including facilitating and leading programs for individuals engaged with the correctional system. Lucille also provides training for government and non-profit organisations in areas such as vicarious trauma and managing challenging behaviours.

Luke McCord – An experienced Program Facilitator who works with correctional cohorts and the Support for Fathers team at RAV. He brings over 12 years of experience in both the government and private sectors, including 6 years with Youth Justice. Luke is passionate about working with men and fathers, blending his professional experience to engage people from all walks of life.
