Astrid Horter is the program leader for learning delivery at the Centre of Learning and Innovation. She holds tertiary qualifications in law and psychology and is an experienced Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP), mediator and child consultant. Astrid leads the delivery of RAV’s accredited training programs, provides supervision to external organisations and designs and facilitates customised workshops. She has extensive experience working in community organisations as a clinical supervisor, trainer and manager.
Cath Tregillis is a highly experienced FDRP qualified in dispute resolution and family therapy. She has held diverse roles across community organisations as a manager, clinical supervisor, and trainer, providing mediation and restorative processes in family, community, and workplace settings. Cath is currently a trainer and assessor within the Centre of Learning and Innovation’s FDR and mediation training programs.
