About the presenters

The webinar is presented by a highly experienced panel of experts, hosted by Relationships Australia Victoria's Program Leader, Astrid Horter:

Dr Andrew Bickerdike – CEO of Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) and past Board Chair of Relationships Australia National. He holds a Doctorate in Dispute Resolution and tertiary qualifications in economics and psychology. Andrew is an experienced FDRP and mediator with over 20 years of practice.

Susan Hamilton-Green – Practised exclusively in Family Law for over 30 years and is accredited by the Law Institute of Victoria as a specialist in Family Law since 1990. Her expertise covers all aspects of family law, including financial and parenting matters, and she is frequently appointed as an Independent Children’s Lawyer.

Greg Rooney – A practising mediator in Australia since 1991, who retired from legal practice in 1996 to focus on mediation, arbitration, and dispute resolution consulting. Greg has mediated over 1,500 disputes across diverse conflict types, including matrimonial disputes and conflict in the workplace.
