This includes essential skills such as basic counselling support, working with challenging behaviours, and leading difficult conversations.

Our webinars provide the latest high-quality research and evidence-led content, presented by leading national and international professionals. Webinars run for 90 minutes via a video platform, comprising 75 minutes of content and 15 minutes for moderated Q&A Sessions.
